Breeders are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. CatHatch does not verify all information provided by breeders and makes no warranties about the health, temperament, or registration status of any listed animal. Always verify information directly with breeders.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use CatHatch to post false or misleading information, harass other users, attempt to defraud buyers or sellers, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove listings and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Limitation of Liability

CatHatch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including disputes between buyers and breeders. We are a marketplace platform and do not endorse any specific breeder or kitten.

6. Intellectual Property

The CatHatch brand, design, and original content are protected by copyright. Breeder photos and listing content remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.
